Returns & Shipping
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached. Item(s) that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, will not accepted. Please note, that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To start a return, contact us by completing a “Return Request”. Please include your order number and reason for requesting a return so that we may better assist you. If your request is accepted, we’ll send detailed instructions on how and where to send your return package. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
We want you to be happy your purchase! Upon receipt of your package, inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item(s) are defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special sizes, personalized items, or pre-ordered merchandise), intimate personal items (such as face masks or head wraps), final sale items and gift cards. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s), please submit your inquiry via our contact page.
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If the item(s) fail inspection, your refund will be declined and the item(s) will be returned to you.
U.S. Shipping & Delivery
Your order will ship within 2-3 business weeks. Once you place your order, the fabric is cut from the roll, the product is sewn, reviewed for quality, and carefully packaged. Once your piece is complete, you will receive an email including your tracking number and additional shipping details. Please note, shipping times may vary, but we are working very hard to get you your order as quickly as possible.
We currently do not offer international shipping to locations outside of the U.S., but we hope to fulfill international orders in the future as the brand continues to grow.
